Leave Application & Return

Leave does not require approval. Once submitted, the resident is immediately shown as absent in the relevant hostel dashboard and food planning is updated automatically.

Returning to hostel

No second form required

When you return, simply verify your resident account and tap the button below. The manager can also mark you returned from the dashboard.

StatusON LEAVE

If neither the resident nor manager marks the return after the expected return time, the dashboard automatically highlights RETURN OVERDUE. The system never auto-marks a resident as returned.
