Leave Application & Return

Leave does not require approval. Once submitted, the resident is immediately shown as absent in the relevant hostel dashboard and food planning is updated automatically.

Apply for Leave

Enter your hostel and registered resident details, then submit the leave information.

Food planning: the system checks your saved Food Status automatically. Food Status YES residents are removed from the meal count while on leave. Food Status NO residents are recorded as absent but do not change the meal count.
Returning to hostel

No second form required

When you return, enter the same Hostel, Resident Name, Room Number and Registered Phone Number above, then tap the button below. The manager can also mark you returned from the dashboard.

Current LeaveEnter your resident details above to submit leave or mark your return.

If neither the resident nor manager marks the return after the expected return time, the dashboard automatically highlights RETURN OVERDUE. The system never auto-marks a resident as returned.
